The project began with staging and preparation of the CNC machine inside the facility using specialized machine skates and jacking system designed for movement through tight interior clearances.

LiftHigh crews carefully maneuvered the machine through restricted pathways and doorway transitions while maintaining alignment and equipment stability throughout the extraction process.

Moving high-value equipment from interior production areas to exterior loading conditions requires disciplined coordination between rigging personnel, transport teams, and equipment operators to maintain efficiency and safe execution at every stage.

Once extracted from the facility, the CNC machine was transitioned to exterior staging and handling operations utilizing one of LiftHigh’s high-capacity forklifts, which has up to 60,000 lbs. lifting capacity.
