Association Memberships
People First
Our company is owned and run by long-term crane industry veterans. These experienced specialists possess an in-depth understanding of the industry’s challenges and best practices, allowing us to implement effective solutions and anticipate potential risks. Leadership inspires confidence among employees, clients, and stakeholders, fostering trust and stability.
The bottom line is that LiftHigh is focused on long-lasting client relationships and the health of the business and industry overall.
We build safety into our culture from the ground up. Our team members are trained to be their “brother’s keeper,” looking out not only for themselves but also for one another on every jobsite. Safety, service, and respect are the foundation of how we work, ensuring accountability and confidence in every project.
To achieve our safety commitment, we require that all personnel not only meet but exceed industry requirements:
Crane Operators are certified through NCCCO and must demonstrate technical knowledge, operational competency, and proficiency on specific cranes within our fleet. Operators undergo assessments before advancing to larger crane models or classes.
Riggers are certified through NCCER and must validate their knowledge and skills through rigorous hands-on assessments.
Ongoing education, pre-lift meetings, and technical workshops keep our team sharp, accountable, and aligned with evolving industry best practices.
Technology & Planning
Our brand-new fleet is equipped with advanced safety features, including remote diagnostics, automatic load moment indicators, and precision controls. Every project begins with a site-specific lift plan, thorough documented hazard assessment (JSA), and pre-lift meeting to ensure all parties understand expectations before work begins.
Equipment Maintenance
We follow strict manufacturer guidelines and standards for all equipment maintenance to ensure operational safety, efficiency, and longevity.
Daily inspections are conducted by operators before every shift.
90-day in-shop inspections and preventative maintenance.
Manufacturer-recommended service intervals (300-, 1,000-, and 5,000-hour checks) are meticulously tracked.
Preventative measures minimize risk, reduce downtime, and safeguard both personnel and assets.
Our Promise
Our commitment to safety is reflected in our certified people, state-of-the-art equipment, and meticulous planning processes. Clients trust LiftHigh because every project begins and ends with safety.
